If your pet gets ill or has an accident, the last thing you want to worry about is money for vet bills. At Churchill, we’re here to help so you can concentrate on your pet's recovery.

We try and make the claims process as smooth as we can. If possible, always contact us before any costs come up that you might need to claim for, or as soon as you can after the initial consultation. We’ll send you a claim form to complete and sign.

We can settle bills directly with the vet if you prefer and the vet agrees. If you need to make a claim for veterinary treatment please read your policy booklet because maximum fee levels apply to certain treatments.

All cover for ongoing claims is subject to you having a valid policy.
